Agree that it may be cheaper and easier to re do a section of the driveway slab and try to preserve the trees. Taking out big trees can be stupidly expensive, esp if access is limited and structures are close by.
I had a section of driveway pushed up by a live oak. I rented a concrete saw and jackhammer, cut a nice curve around the encroaching roots, then planted a ground cover. Less than $500 and the tree remains.
