Did you not read what I wrote? I didn't say anything about charging them. I said he should formally declare them terrorists to the world and hunt them down like ISIS

The president doesn’t have much authority without the backing of congress. The republicans need to back him. All he can do is issue worthless Executive Orders. The GOP is a bunch of sissies. Graham needs to have his arse kicked. Cotton is the only one with balls. Maybe Jordan.
