There are valid reasons to prove this happened. First of all, this puts Bubba in the position of being called another Jussie Smollett even if he wasn't even involved. Think about it. A hate crime was directed towards him and there is a good number of people who don't believe him and that could be something that follows him for the rest of his life. If NASCAR is withholding evidence that could clear him from that mess, then that is pretty shitty.

Secondly, thanks to Smollett and others, we are at a spot where a lot of people....for better or worse....simply don't believe it when a hate crime supposedly occurs. Faking hate crimes doesn't help those going forward that are actual victims of hate. Releasing info and shutting the door on this case will help future victims.

All these articles about how the noose incident isn't fake fail to mention the pull down ropes. That is the most common idea out there and they don't even hint to it. This is ridiculous and the fact that it hasn't been mentioned is confirmation to me that it was the pull down rope all along.

That's his own damn fault. There is no hate crime here. If there was an actual noose, he is in on the whole thing. If the "noose" is the garage rope, then everyone involved is a fricking idiot.

You really think these idiots give it that much thought?

If they did, we wouldn’t see the hoaxes perpetrated in the first place.

This might have some validity if Jussie was the first fake race crime. But, alas, he wasn't. Yet, didn't stop him from doing it.

Because it's ludicrous on its face.

There is an absolute ZERO percent chance that if NASCAR is withholding evidence, that the evidence would HELP Bubba.

It doesn't help that the entire concept of a hate crime is absurd.

This has NEVER stopped women from lying...…….so yeah. Don't hold your breath.
