Who cares what kids do. Open everything immediately and anyone who is high risk or is still wary can choose to stay at home and self isolate. Everyone else can attempt to resume their normal lives and keep business afloat instead of having the government determine who can open.

If you were in college and bars were open, you'd have gone. Places are open and if I want to go, I'm going. Stores, restaurants, church -- it's not a crime to go!!!
