My FJ Cruiser was 460 a month. Paid off now. It’s ten years old and I’d love a new 4Runner but no car payment is nice.
The 4Runner would be 500 even if I put 10k down.

I still own my 2009 4Runner that I bought right after graduating from LSU, hasn't given me any problems yet. I bought my wife a 2014 Avalon a couple of years after a few years of saving. I usually buy them with 50k and 100k miles on them. Most of the depreciation has taken place and you can still put another 100k on them before you have to replace any expensive parts.
