Here is my question. Had one of us who was armed walked up and intervened and shot this punk, would we be charged? I'd guess yes.

Further, consider if that someone was me, who is too old to reasonably fight a big strong punk like this.

I'd still probably try and stop this punk, even if I had to shoot him. And I ain't one to brag or boast but it's time for folks to fight back, stand up for what's right.
