If he keeps it going ... I see him as a possible 2024 or 2028 Big Stage candidate. I wish he was in Alabama, but instead, we are likely getting Cigar smoking, 6 Fingers Tommy Tuberville.

Fortunately, we have Missouri Senator Hawley ... who gets it.

Going from McCaskill to Hawley is like going from a 20 year old beater car to a brand new Aston Martin.

Congrats to Missouri. They did a hell of a job picking out a diamond in the rough.

The swamp will run VERY deep when all the facts come out. If he's willing to vote a certain way for donations, that's not voting your conscience. Maybe that's what he believes and so they are reinforcing it with money? Still he should not have to get money from them if that's his true belief.

It will likely get much bigger if he wins, depending on his committee assignments. He is riding the Trump train into the Senate and is a major disappointment.

I don't like Collins' stance on this issue but that amount of contribution money does not seem like a lot.

The 3 Down Votes must be the Always Trumpers (tm) who have little clue about most issues. Collins is riding that Trump Train. Looks like he will be more of the same in the Senate.

Trump is going to Mobile to do rally for Tubby.

Yeah people have pointed out that is petty and vindictive as Mobile is Sessions hometown but Mobile and the southern counties are places where Sessions is strong.

In the first round, Sessions ended up double digits ahead of Tuberville in every county Byrne won. My guess is that Trump and Tubby see this too and are concerned about those areas.

The Tech is complex, and Collins was opposing what the Left was trying to do with Tech. That's isn't something to get pissed about. Money is small amount, I'm not outraged yet.

Just about all of them do this. Boehner is still lobbying through reps he sends to K-Street. Paul Ryan as well.

Burn it all down.

Oh look what a shocker. My favorite Rand Paul took google monies. LINK

They all do. The R's are on the take for the dems immigration plan.

There is no perfect candidate. Even Sessions is/was as dirty as they all are. So why pimp for anybody?

The sooner you face that they all get corrupted once they hop off the train to DC, the better off you are.

All's you can do is say such and such isn't a full neverTrumper, or GOPer, and such and such may be more honorable than the next.

The Key Word there may be "yet".

I need to read more, but I believe he reached a conclusion without all the evidence. I'm glad Barr and the State AGs are not listening to the DC Swamp. Hopefully, Barr gets it done. Facebook does a good job (from their standpoint) of working both the GOP and DEMs. They have no morals. There are DEMS on both sides of the fence with Google. They say one thing publicly, then take the Tech money and do nothing. Pelosi owns a LOT of tech stock. Notice nothing has happened in the House. So, Collins is not really taking the opposite side of the DEMs. He is taking the anti-Consumer, anti-liberty position. I would not vote for him, for that reason. But, it is not likely I will get that cabin in North GA before November. :)

I remember watching Rand Paul flip on Google. As I recall, it was after "talking with them". Sad.

Re Collins ... he also opposes Term Limits.
These two sites consider him ok to Poor on his Conservative credentials ... based on voting record. Not saying I agree or disagree...
