Neighbor had them. County agent recommended talstar
But I feel like this was in the fall. Maybe a different bug? These were maybe 1/2” long and very light brown/tan.

For the little white moths yes it’s sod web worms and u need to put out insecticide granules to kill them off / do it or they will destroy your yard with the quickness

Mole Crickets. Same treatment as sod webworms...
