Yeah, absolutely, my friend. Just got photoshop 5 days ago, so I'm an amateur at this... I'll do my best.

Are you using CS2 or CS3?
I know for sure CS3 can do animations, not sure about CS2 though.
That Joker one I did was pretty easy.
All I did was get a good cutout of the Joker head and duplicated it and the Gore pic about 10 times. One Joker for one Gore on each layer. I started the first layer with 0% opacity for the Joker and then I increased the opacity by 10% on each subsequent layer going up until I reached 100% on the last layer. Then I merged down each Joker to each Gore leaving me with 10 combined layers.
To do the animation part, first I only left the first layer open (little eye selected), then I clicked Windows from menu bar, then Animation. On the top right corner, under the x of the Animation Bar is a dropdown menu I clicked then selected Make Frames from Layers. I now have 11 frames from the 11 layers. I then right clicked the first and last frame and chose 1 second and the middle 9 layers I right clicked and chose .1 second for those frames.
Now I'm ready to save the file. I clicked on File-Save for Web & Devices. On the right side I selected GIF as the file type and Forever as the Looping Option: and then the last step is click Save and name file.
I hope you are able to understand and/or follow these instructions, I'm not very good at giving step-by-step, written instructions.

Awesome stuff Big Easy, and I am using CS, the predecessor to CS2 and CS3. I figured out how to do animations on it, virtually the same method but one must do the steps in ImageReady.
Thanks a bunch, I love the farks, keep 'em coming!
