My best friend's wife was the store mgr in Gonzales where RP's girlfriend worked as a sales clerk. Girlfriend said that when he was away from his neighborhood friends, he was the perfect boyfriend who never got in trouble. But, whenever his buddies were around, more & more as the season went on, he would revert back to his old ways & did whatever his "posse" did. That Jan. morning when the team had its first team meeting, when he would have been the potential new starting QB, he over slept because he had been out with his buddies till 4:00 a.m. He then had the first of many suspensions.
