Scalia was one of the worst dissent writers of all time, dude never actually put the law into his dissents, he just called the other justices stupid. Justice Brennan was the same way.
Also, what’s the big deal about Gays and Transgenders not being discriminated against? They shouldn’t be.

Here's something really interesting about this decision: Gorsuch (for majority), and both dissents (by Alito and Kav) all cite to Scalia's book on how to interpret statutes. It was WWSD? case.
