This is going to last right up until these social workers respond to a homeless man complaint and the psycho street dweller stabs one of them 29 times. Or that “non-violent” loiterer pulls a gun and kills a couple of people sent to discuss his feelings.
All in all, this little liberal experiment is going to cost some lives.

I might be wrong but I feel like the psycho street dweller stabbing someone could be a reason an officer of the law responded to these types of calls on the first place.
While I’m at it, why is this even a problem? Maybe I live in a bubble (full disclosure - I do live in my bubble) but I’ve never heard anyone complain about a cop telling a bum to move along, or break up a domestic dispute, etc. Seems like people want “reform” for the sake of it
