No. The dems have lost support post-Obama, blacks stayed home instead of coming out for Hillary and they've benefited under Trump. This is a last ditch, scorched earth attempt to change the narrative. It's gonna be this way until the election, and after. Prepare for a very violent year.

The unwashed will historically only show up to vote if and only if they think they will get something for free. In the 19th century they called it the 'whiskey-vote.'
