Will they solve the crime issue the black community causes right outside of campus?
And most of that is bullshite. Hire more black people? Ok, but at what cost? you cant just hire minority professors if there arent any worth a shite applying. I have had ones that could barely speak english trying to teach finance. frick that, i just dropped the class.
They had minorities working in advising and working in different areas like admissions or the bursar office. And generally my dealings with black female workers at LSU have all been negative because the bring a certain racist attitude with them.
And of course the big one, more funding. more funding. For what?

For real -- how many students know who Troy Middleton was? I had zero idea until this all started ... LSU Class of 1991.

So, ULL, I'm ok with you becoming the flagship.
I used to say "whatever" about it. But now ..
I'm class of 1991.
Spouse is class of 1992 and 1997 (Master's Degree)
Oldest son is class of 2014 and 2016 (Master's Degree)
Second son is ULL class of 2020
Third child is oos .. glad she's not at LSU. Her school has it's own issues I'm sure but not to this level.

Or you could, you know, simply hire people based solely on their qualifications and abilities without concern for race, gender, sexual orientation, or other irrelevant traits.
So on The Voice -- they have no idea who is what in appearance until they're "selected". Why can't interviews be "blind"??

They must think blacks are inferior and can’t get accepted over other races on their own merit, right?
Because that is EXACTLY what is being said by these measures.

I didn't and didn't care either. Neither did my wife (POC). If you don't like the history of the university go to another one you do like. History is there not only to remind us of the good times but to remind us of the bad times we have overcome.

Dear LSU Family,
Uh, negative ghost rider. My family doesn't place value on skin color. My family places value on individuals and their actions.
Thanks,
