Well, I would say we are getting to the point to where the federal government will have to come in an protect Americans. Not saying we are there yet but we are getting their fast.

The President and the Federal government have this authority Article IV § 4 of the Constitution of the United States which has been codified within 10 U.S.C. 253.

LINK

quote:

The President, by using the militia or the armed forces, or both, or by any other means, shall take such measures as he considers necessary to suppress, in a State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy, if it— (1)so hinders the execution of the laws of that State, and of the United States within the State, that any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law, and the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection; or (2)opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws. In any situation covered by clause (1), the State shall be considered to have denied the equal protection of the laws secured by the Constitution.

Pure deflection. He’s not required to wait for that. He can declare a national state of emergency and deploy the military.

Imagine being such a scumbag, that JQuintana feels the need to imitate a conservative for twelve seconds just to goad his most hated prez of all to
To March I in cities.

There's a demographics emergency but you are too self-focused to care for your society and civilization. Conservatism was hijacked to be purely economic in the 80's and has been ever since. You lose every cultural issue but hey those billionaire and companies that HATE you get a tax cut. Yay stocks!!

True conservatism is about small government and following the constitution, including understanding the limits of the federal government.

Go frick yourself with this authoritarian bullshite. Right wing authoritarianism is as bad or worse than left wing. There is no normal society.

And the economy is what people care about. Up to you as a family to handle culture, not the governments.

But in the end you are a left wing hack who is just trying to stir shite. Even if you believe what you say...guess what....that makes you left wing.

Big government=left wing!! frick off lefty!!!

Wrong quote. fake news.

He ran on a lot of states' rights issues. He is properly leaving it to the states to take care of it or ask him for help. He has no right to force the feds into the middle of it all.

Why is Biden sitting in a basement wearing nothing but a shirt?

Who has their head under that desk?

Small wonder he loses track on every thought.
