His vaccine isn't ready yet. He won't let this be over until he can make hundreds of millions. That was his long game and it's getting torn to shreds.

And if Biden actually beats Trump in November, the vaccine will be ready before he is inaugurated miraculously. Crisis will be officially over. If Trump is reelected, it might take years before we can go back to normal he will say.
