Maybe. But technically has nothing to do with race.

That law has been changed, however, and rightfully so.

Not explicitly racist like certain pre civil rights era laws, but as you say “rightfully” abolished, we can both agree the previous crack sentencing guidelines probably fit the definition of systemic racism.

Good to hear they’ve been abolished.
