Nussmeier = Limited mobility

Caleb Williams brings both a Pro Style & Dual capability and is SEC size ready, great insurance if Myles goes down next year

Nussmeier will be a project much the same way Brennan was, but he’s clearly not as good as Brennan was going into a Sr Season

Nuss’s arm and accuracy looks rediculously good on all of his films. His accuracy already looks like it compares to Burrow. I wouldn’t be suprised at all if Nuss is the starter after Brennan leaves because he looks that good.

Scouts disagree with you:
quote:

Adequate height with an average frame. Should be able to get north of 200 pounds. Provides outstanding production against strong competition at Texas 6A level. Accurate passer to all levels. Shows good touch on timing routes and other deep throws outside the numbers. Flashes playmaking ability to make impressive off-schedule throws under pressure. That translates not only in game situations, but select 7-on-7 environments as well. Pro-style but quick-footed and shows ability to make first rusher miss to extend play. Encouraging ability to throw on the run

His JR film shows at least a dozen off schedule throws and ability to throw on designed rolls in either direction. Nussmeier has also played a higher level of competition vs Brennan or Williams and still completed 67% of his passes. Nuss just needs to have a season in the S&C program, but physically he's not as thin as Brennan was and has already added more muscle at the end of the season. I'm sure Williams will do well, but Nuss is going to be a very good QB for the Tigers.

I'll take Nuss playing big boy Texas football over Brennan playing in Mississippi

This post is laughable. Literally everything in it regarding Nuss is wrong lmao.

Nussmeier= more mobility because now you can potentially add another weapon (of the coaches choosing) into this class instead of another qb
