I am trying to understand how Rosenstein clearly said he didn’t read FISA warrants with fake info and signed them. You would think he would have something done to him for that.

RR lied like a rug under oath. I heard they can show he lied. Comey, Brennan, McCabe, Clapper, all lied to them-- nothing happened.
