Thats his college number. His number 80 is already taken now by Campbell who could end up cut.

I think it's pretty safe that Shokey will get whatever number he wants, especially if a scrub currently has the number.

I wanna say there was a player named Wilson (not sure of the 1st name) that was on the Saints 1st playoff winning team in 2000 that wore #80.

Saints have a lot of history at 85 for TE's for sure.

I would be willing to bet he'll go with 88. He's on the roster on the Saints website right now but no number yet.
