all the news reports, and even you, are saying "and they just walked by!!"
no, they didn't. the cop with the limp bent down to see to him, but the guy with the radio calling for EMT moved him away. he was immediately seen to, EMT was on scene, and rushed to a hospital.

Not by the cops. A couple of guys in fatigues(guessing National Guard) tended to him after the cops walked on by him to arrest another peaceful protester.
