I've got just under 10,000 shares as of this morning doubling my stake. The patent gives me more confidence and potential tonnage looks great.
There have been reports that lithium supply is tight now due to so many EV's, vacuum cleaners, phones, power tools, etc. Demand will keep rising.

Very tight, Albemarle is a leader but even they are sold out.

Was just browsing around to see if there are any significant threats to lithium's dominance in batteries any time soon.
Fuel cells would appear to be the only up and coming rival. An engineer over on the Auburn forum said they have bought a bunch of fuel cells for cell phone towers, but they had some serious reliability problems. Fuel cells will probably win in the longer term, but don't aren't a game changer just yet.

Zinc Over the past seven years, 110 villages in Africa and Asia have received power from batteries that use zinc and oxygen, the basis of an energy storage system developed by Arizona-based NantEnergy.

Sodium-sulphur Sodium-sulphur batteries are another alternative to lithium, and have already seen significant use at scale in sites around the world.

Hydrogen fuel cells Hydrogen has been touted by a number of energy companies as a carbon-neutral alternative to liquefied natural gas, and hydrogen fuel cells are also being developed as an alternative to traditional lithium batteries.
