re: Refrigerator funky smell...cant get rid of, any ideas?

My parents had the exact same thing happen to their fridge in the garage. I was positive there was a dead mouse/rat under it. Turns out someone had spilled milk, like you described and some of it landed in the drip pan. That was the source of the smell. Couldn’t believe it, thought something died it was that gross.

So, drip pan. I bet that’s the answer.
