You can change the measurement on MFP to grams for just about everything. You also aren't going to make or break your diet by getting that granular unless you are trying to win Mr Olympia or some shite.

This.

95% of the entries have the option for 1g or 1oz so you can fine tune most entries. If that particular entry doesn't, look for another one of the same thing.

I get what youre saying, but there are some people that need to track down to the gram to make sure they arent overeating. Im shite at eyeing portions and use MFP to keep honest about how much I'm consuming. weighing my food down to the oz/gram has been the only way Ive ever been able to lose weight in my life.

Down to 213 from 230 in the past month and a half.
