They don’t need to lock them out. MLB can set a date and go. It’s then up to the players association if they want to play. If they refuse it’s a strike and you bring in scabs. Clark will be in serious trouble then because his union will be split.

The union is going to get smoked as they don’t have Fehr or Glavine this time.

If it meant I could see a game in Wrigley this year, I’d be all for it.... If not, I don’t want to watch scrubs on tv.
