Police are more aggressive with more aggressive criminals.

Young black males, which only make up about 4 or 5% of American's population also commit nearly half the murders.

I don't think its biological, I think it's cultural. But whatever it is it's real and will effect how police interact with you.

The police aren't going to let you go if your resisting arrest just because they met their "getting physical with black citizens" cap for the month.

Expecting equality in that area is, frankly, fricking insane considering the gigantic inequities with respect to behavior.
