The amount of depth this team has across all 4 events this season is INSANE!!!!! If they can all stay healthy at the same time, I can honestly see them as national champs by the end of April

I thought it was interesting during DD's final interview as the HC when she retired. She said she thought this years team was the most talented team they have ever assembled which is pretty big statement. The 2017 team with Edney, Ruby, Kelley, Priessman, Cannamela, Finnegan, Hambrick, Macadaeg, Gnat, Ewing and Zamardi was pretty ridiculous too.

I believe OU demonstrated you do not need a bunch of elite national team members to win a title. Recruiting talented, sound kids and constructing routines well can win at a high level. LSU has the bodies to put it together (talent wise). I personally think if we clean up the routine construction, we will have a shot to do it. I just felt our choice in skill selections over the years hurt us at times (particularly the leap series). I'm all for doing difficulty, we just need to be smart with how we do it.The dramatic changes they already made with Alyona's routine on bars makes me feel very hopeful already they are heading the right direction.

Tori Tatum, Aleah Finnegan and Kaytlyn Johnson will be signing their LOI's very soon too.
