In my experience, black people are usually very friendly and outgoing in person.

Most Latin American folks I’ve had experience with have strong family units

Korean women are beautiful

Do you realize how utterly juvenile it is to take pride in one’s appearance, as if they fabricated their bodies or earned some award? They had nothing to say in the matter. Two people had sex and here you are. Your body is not your own, and nothing you have is an award. It’s just a meat sack that holds the human inside. Your conduct is the absolute only thing you can control, and so the only thing you should legitimately take pride in is how you conduct your life, and even that is influenced by your surroundings, your parent(s) or lack thereof, your culture, your education, your exposure, etc, etc....

I'm 100% with you on this, but this is a weird arse thread to make this point

Nothing anymore apparently. Culture is more than just the aesthetics of ethnos, but worldview. The worldview you just gave is a quintessentially American worldview. Culture is the water around you that is difficult to see or can appreciate at some time.

Come on dude. Japanese are extremely prideful in their work. Businesses are passed down from generation to generation. Sons usually learn skills from their father or something related. A father could be a fisherman and son be master sushi chef which take years and years discipline. You could have an old barber owner who’s 89 and refuse to retire because he loves his job.

And they are also humble. Unlike Americans culture who love to tell everybody how great they are, that’s a no no in Japanese culture.

Koreans are good people too. Never had a bad experience with them ever. Mainland Chinese people suck.

I bet a lot of their bad behavior comes from the fact that in the Mao years, as much traditional Chinese culture was destroyed as possible.

In Southeast Asia an an Austrian and French couple sked that I cook a Cajun meal for them. They didn't know if I could cook. They didn't know if I was Cajun. They assumed it.

And they assumed correctly.

Jamaicans are pretty amazing--they cut a wide swath through the world (especially in music and sports) for a country with less than 3 million people.

Egyptian culture has been around in some recognizable form for over 5000 years.

Gumps, well, they don't annoy me quite as much as they used to.
