Hell, it's already happened a couple times. Luckily the media has been able to keep a lid on it because each time the number of folks shot was low, but folks have already shot at protesters a few times.

And the crazy thing is, they're blaming the cops. So there's this entire narrative circulating among these protesters that the cops are out there gunning people down in the streets. Which is only emboldening them and making them even more angry at the cops.

This isn't slowing down and as you say its only a matter of time before someone does some damage the media can't ignore.
