If the boomers would just go ahead and retire, there would be a 20% increase in job availability. Lots of boomers still going to work for fun.

Boomers have owe 100k on their house, have10k saved for retirement, and are entitled to couple hundred bucks a month in SS. They aren’t retiring anytime soon

The younger half of Boomers are under 65, some as young as 55.

Yep, a lot of them are just trying to add a couple of payments to their boats and lakehouses.
