I have said that there’s no way in hell they can or would replace Biden. No one can explain how that’s even possible. He was voted in. And if he steps down, it’s Sanders, who most of the big left reps don’t want (from what I’ve heard. It’s probably why Biden got the nom anyway). How can they just throw someone else in there?

1) How is it even legal to throw in someone when they weren’t voted in. And 2) If they could, how can they retract all of the endorsements he’s gotten from Hilary, etc.

I just don’t see it happening. I think they’ll stick to aggressive damage control and relying on CNN and MSNBC to save him.

I agree mostly, but if the DNC tried it, would the Republicans fight like hell to stop them?
