Its crazy that so many people just automatically jump to Mac as the go to for graphic design. I was a professional graphic designer for almost 13 years and never once used a Mac. Windows based machines are perfectly fine. I cant imagine using a 13" screen for graphic design.

Most “design” jobs use Apple products. This is in the industry standard. Of course, there are always exceptions and you can certainly run the full Adobe suite on windows.
It will be cheaper to buy an external monitor for big design products than it would be to upgrade from a 13 inch to a 16 inch screen.
