Bottom of arse to ground, so 2 1/2 to 3 ft unless you are sitting (assuming an explosive type fart). If sitting and unless you are sitting in temps above 98, the fart will rise because it's warmer than the ambient air. So speed and distance will vary.

So is farting locked down during the pandemic?

What if I wear a buttplug with a anus mask and chill my pants to 45 degrees F?

Is there a licensure process or a waiting period for farting or can you just let go anytime during a pandemic?

If farts rise in hot air, is it possible to entrap coronavirus particles on the sulfur gas in a fart and have it rise through the atmosphere?

I need a $10 million government grant to study this.
