Meh, these tracking apps could be required via some sort of govt mandate/law. With the right judges in the right places they’d be upheld. This could be used to do everything from restrict the travel of gunowners, track down those who came in contact with drug dealers, identify those who attended meetings of subversive groups. The technology to do this could be inserted into the human body in microscopic form during a mandatory vaccination. This idea is already popular and pushed by people like Bill Gates and the WHO.
