Duh.

8000 IU / day.

Spaced out with food because D3 is a fat soluable(sp) vitamin.

That’s just 4 of the tiny arse liquid capsules.

Or just spend about 60 minutes a week outside while it’s sunny. Your body isn’t absorbing most of the shite in most vitamins. Those OTC vitamin D supplements still have to be activated by your body, the legit vitamin D is Rx, fat soluble vitamins accumulate and can become toxic.

10,000 here, and I go outside all the time, and I’m just above the minimum on blood tests. I think I have heard 75% of Americans are deficient in Vitamin D somewhere.

I only take 2000 IU a day, maybe I should up it. But I guess I’ll see what the doc says next time I get blood work.

That seems like a lot to take in one day. I have a bottle that is 1000 IU per, and it says to take one per day.
