Disney will be prepared for whatever the state requires for them to open. I do think the state will require everyone to have masks on inside the park. I would expect them to be limited at 25% capacity which could be a good thing for the 25% that’s there. They could have more virtual lines, they already have the technology.

It will not be the same experience. I would only go during this time if I was an annual pass holder.

They can also expand capacity limits at Magic Kingdom and Epcot by opening walk ways that go from the entrance out to the sides. They do this at new year's. I think they will use the same technology they used for Rise of the Resistance to do virtual lines for all rides.
