“The Louisiana Department of Health explained how 317 of these cases came from labs that are new to reporting. These labs previously have not reported and are now reporting all their historic lab results electronically.”

I wonder how much more they need to report or if these 317 is the entirety of the backlog.
If it continues with all unreported results, this could push the peak further back in time...if we only had reported time data.
