My question is what happens if one of the people on the list tests positive for rona?
Does the testing facility tell all restaurants to check their lists and report the others that were in the restaurant at the same time?
This seems logistically impossible.

It won’t be difficult with such small numbers eating at one time. You just call everyone who dined that night
