Just seen an ad of Facebook after talking with the wife about our lawn lol. Anyway, about 200 bucks (189 currently) for year long program. Spray on fertilizer not granular which seems appealing, but nothing Bout weed control. Nor any pre emergent unless it's in the winter prep stuff.

I think they've killed more than one person's yard on here.

If I'm not mistaken, they don't kill weeds. They make your lawn thrive, choking out all the weeds. Sounds good, in theory. But won't really work for 99% of peoples yards.

Yea reading reviews it's either love or hate. Shame cause I was intrigued for sure to use liquid stuff instead of granular. Guess I'll just stick to granular and use hose end spray for weeds

If you want to start on liquid fertilizer check out:
N-EXT products

Or you could also try out theses:
Simple Lawn Solutions

Both of these products will be a lot better than the Sunday stuff and a lot cheaper.

I tried it last year. Sprayed first two applications in early summer and mid summer. Did not see a noticeable difference (but didn't expect one either, given just two applications.) The third application is where I had the problem. It had too much nitrogen too late in the growing season. Entire lawn went brown. Did not apply last application, which was stated to help prevent winter weeds. This spring my entire yard was covered in clover. I don't think they do enough research as to which areas of country is using which products. It's a one-size fits all approach that didn't work for me.

Also, its a subscription. They tried charging me again for this year. Had to contact them to cancel. Their customer service is very good and never had a problem getting a reply.

I did look at the winter prep package and wondered why it had such high nitrogen. Definitely have me pause. Phosphorus and potassium I can see. Not nitrogen. That late

The simple lawn solutions look nice, I was curious if they were dyed to see where you have sprayed? Or know of one that is?

I use Liquid Lawn Solution products. Zone 6b, KBG-Ryegrass mix. Most of their products are very dark in color, but they do not add dye. It's worked very well for me. Only complaint us that the hose end sprayer products come in 32oz containers that are meant to distribute over 3200ft2. That's a pain in the arse when my back yard and front yard are 5000ft2 each. I usually just use one bottle on the back and one on the front to under dose and then supplement with Milorganite.

No weed management in their product line so I Tenacity the shite out of the property twice in the Spring and once in the fall.

I'll look into tenacity. Any tips to using it and where to buy?

I use Miracle Gro Lawn Food using the spray accessory. This stuff will make your yard thrive, turn dark green and get thick. Lasts for about two months then apply again.

Fertilizing is super easy, but if that's for 4000+ sq ft I don't feel like $200 is bad at all if they do it 3-4 weeks a year? I mean you are going to pay between $100-2000 for fertilizer to do it yourself anyway right?
