Within minutes, almost certainly not. I dont know why the 911 operators would have a retired cop on speed dial to inform him of a potential may have seen someone trespassing on a construction site. That’s ridiculous Aside from that being asinine thats not what mcmichaels himself told police at the time either. He said he saw someone running and knew about recent break ins so he called his son to get ready for a confrontation. You are making things up to fit a defense of the murderers. If there was anything like you suggested , thats what he would have told police at the time, but he said “i saw a guy running and went to confront him”, not I was told by the DA someone was running, so I went to confront him
You’re right. It was just a coincidence. Neighbor that caught him breaking in didn’t spread the word and neither did any cops.

...wut
You think its more reasonable that a retired cop would be the first person notified by the 911 operators/ police station than what mcmichaels himself said happened that he just saw someone running and because of recent break ins decided to confront him?

Is it possible that another black man could’ve been running through the neighborhood? The detainers had no description other than “a black man running.”
How is that direct knowledge? The police would have the right to detain this person, but not a person with such a vague description.
