The pot was one of my dad’s. Completely rusted...totally red...until The vinegar bath trick a few weeks ago. Will be a fine cooking vessel soon.

Damn, Otis. That looks awesome.

I miss fried seafood more than I ever thought I would. There's pleny of seafood up here, obviously, but nobody fries it. I'd do basically anything for fried fish and some hushpuppies.

My dad used to fry whole bream. I miss him AND the fried bream!

Otis, you posted pics for maybe the second time. I’m craving fried bream. Fresh specks tonight and speck cakes tomorrow night, thanks to in-law fishermen.
