He’ll announce on Monday that his plan is to move into Phase I on May 15th. This buys him a few days of the heat from the legislature being removed. What it also buys him is a few more days to cook the numbers and change his mind after blaming the citizens for not following the proper protocols.
I don’t care if he tweaks Phase I requirements, but he needs to start that shite so we can get closer to Phase II.
