Just read their section I and you'll get the gist.

Essentially, TJ Gassnola was paying recruits to go to KU. He was an adidas employee, and testified in FBI trial 1, he paid recruits to go to KU.

NCAA then concludes Self knew or was at least recklessly indifferent to Gassnola's actions. This again came out in trial #1, with texts between Gassnola and Self about Silvio DeSousa where payment is strongly hinted at.

KU's major defense was that Gassnola was not a booster or acting on behalf of KU, and the NCAA fully shoots that down, saying it's completely forseeable a shoe company employee can do what Gassnola did.

At trial 1, Gassnola testified he paid someone who said he was a friend of DeAndre Ayton's family to go to KU and that he felt bad Ayton didn't go there after he spent all the money.

This happens more than anyone knows.

Not much you can do about it.
