Their truck was parked in the middle of the road with a guy in the bed holding a handgun.
They didn’t just stumble upon him.
I’m willing to bet the guy filming was following the guy from the robbery site and the two in the truck were waiting to apprehend him.
Problem is, they aren’t fricking cops. At least the aren’t on duty and they aren’t able to arrest someone running down the street.

also, problem is even if they were cops they aren't allowed to just mow him down
this case is going to come down to the fear the guy on the ground with the gun felt when the dead man tried to defend himself
while i can see the very general likeness to trayvon, the biggest difference will be the gun issue. trayvon didn't attack GZ b/c GZ had a gun. trayvon just attacked
