I love it. I would say it really is a flavor enhancer. The only thing is I wish it had about half the pepper. I have to stop adding when I wish I could "enhance" the flavor more.

It's from Hester in St. James parish. I used some on chicken the past week. I found it had a pretty good flavor without a lot of salt. I mostly prefer using individual spices, but decided to give it a try. I did find it had a bit of a pepper but nothing too bad for me.

It’s my favorite seasoning salt! Uncle Larry is also hilarious if you ever meet him. I’m not the biggest fan of “stew in a few”, but it will make a quick supper in a pinch.
