Fournette is clearly a top 8 back in the league , in the right spot he is in the top 5.
LSU did not over use him so he was not broke down when he arrived in the NFL. He would be perfect for a team that wanted to get away from being so passing game dependent after Drew retires. With that Saints line he may be good good for 1500 yards or more plus another 500 - 750 in receiving.

Top 15 or so. Maybe closer to 20
He has a role which is becoming less & Less valuable. But he’d definitely get to showcase his talents more on the right team.
I’d take him over Ingram & Murray for sure

CMC, Zeke, Saquon, Henry, Chubb, Cook, Jacobs, Kamara are all easily better IMO.
He's towards the middle/bottom of that next tier with guys like Lindsay, Mack, Carson, Ingram, Gordon, Bell, Drake, Connor.
He has top 5 physical tools, but he doesn't have any vision and really never has. You see that often with guys that were bigger than everyone else in the 8th grade. It's a skill that's never developed because it was never needed.
