re: What would you pick if you could only eat one dish for every meal for a week?

At one time I would eat fresh fruit in the morning and a couple cups of coffee, no lunch, and at night I ate baked chicken with skin removed and steamed broccoli with lemon juice and a bit of salt.

I did this for a month and lost 15 lbs. after someone told me about his regimen for weight loss.

It wasn't as bad as it probably sounds to many on here.

That’s a major caloric deficit and I’m guessing the weight came right back as soon as the meal routine went back to normal.
