He never refused the trade, he even stated they could do this trade. He would then fulfill his contractual obligation with the Warriors.

He didn't refuse to be traded, he didn't say he wouldn't report. If he did those things, then yea, that would be a solid point. But he didn't so it isn't.

He didn't have to say anything... he didn't have to say he wouldn't resign, all had to do was work the trade, and if he decided to leave after his contract was up just leave. Even if they asked him would he resign, all he had to say was that's something he hadn't thought about, and would see how things were when the time came, but to say "you can trade for me, but I'm not resigning" was a punk move, and he forced New Orleans hand with that weak Clippers trade.

Haha ok. That’s not how that has ever worked.

Why are yall mad at CP3 for wanting to leave? Give me a good reason why he should have wanted to stay?

Have any of you ever rejected a job offer, bunch of jerk assholes for not wanting to take that job if you ask me. Why can’t CP3 do the same, or any other nba player.

Oh my, that's adorable.

You think the Warriors would have traded for Paul without assurance that he would sign an extension.

C'mon man, that's a terrible take, and you know it.

Ah, so you would be 100% ok if a player that we traded for lied to us about extending, right? Yea, of course you wouldn't. There is no logic or consistency in anything you've said in that post.

Also, again that's a terrible take because GS was never ever ever ever ever going to make that trade without Paul agreeing to the extension. It's that simple.
