And those people have voted to send themselves into financial ruin
Thats on them
If a state decided to pay every citizen in the state a million dollars they would have the highest federal tax receipts of any state
Doesnt mean they are financial secure

Louisiana may be a shithole but we aren’t in debt like these Democratic Hellholes

Nobody sucks the government's teet as much as southern states.
And if you're giving individuals and large companies bailouts, of course states will ask for it. Including LA, MS, Al, and GA.
Big fail.

need to look at the trillions of dollars being spent , divide it by the 55000 deaths and multiply the number of state residents. then send a bill to all 50 states. states with high incident rates need to be held accountable for having dirty streets and public places that promote disease. high occupancy urban areas need to pay the full cost including additional med expense

Then they certainly shouldn’t need a bail out from the poor tax payers if Louisiana, Mississippi, or Arkansas problem solved comrade.

Red states wouldn't either and are actually more of leaches than most blue states
This is it what the numbers say. From the link I posted on the first page:
quote:
Against a national average of $1,935 in intergovernmental spending per American, red states receive just $1,879. Blue states get considerably more, at $2,124 per resident. Purple states see the least of their money returned to them per capita, at just $1,770.
States Population InterGov. InterGov. Per Capita
Total Red State 96,086,631 $180,551,551,000 $1,879
Total Purple State 77,676,459 $137,532,631,000 $1,771
Total Blue State 134,982,448 $286,776,111,000 $2,125
Grand Total 312,471,695
Blue states are getting more federal government money per person.
