Those are pretty good actually. They aren’t Louie’s hashbrowns, I know, but it works for me.

skilly's world famous gumbo recipe:
big pot of unseasoned water
1 teaspoon kitchen boo-kay
some unseasoned chicken
some bland hillshire farms sausage
imitation okra
heat to 160 d-grees and voila, gumbo so good that it'll cure covid.
